OMV, Drilling Manager. Manager of the drilling department with 20 persons in charge. Executed a campaign using 3 rigs drilling 27 development and exploration wells. In 2014 achieved the second-best drilling year in Austria.
GEOenergie Bayern, Exploration & Drilling Manager / Prokurist. Planned and executed deep geothermal wells to 5,000 m in underbalance conditions. Executed Kirchweidach and planned Bruck to ready-to-drill status. Later managed the exploration group with 4 geologists and 2 reservoir engineers, covering project selection and planning from target identification to reservoir modelling with Petrel and Eclipse.

Schlumberger Integrated Project Management. Wellsite supervisor in Venezuela, Mexico and Algeria for oil, gas and geothermal wells, multilateral and horizontal drilling, and underbalanced conditions. Well engineer in Mexico and Germany preparing drilling programs, well design, offset analysis, AFE generation, operations tracking, EOWR, APQ and Technical Limit. Business Development Team Leader in Mexico, planning and managing drilling and completion of gas wells including civil works and pipelines, rig selection, area review, client meetings and AFE generation.
